Dick's experience spans three decades. He has lived in Japan for several years and made many trips back .  Visits were to the All Japan Show and to the mountains of Niigata during the fall drainage.  Dick is especially fond of his time working with Kentaro Sakai of Sakai Fish Farms Hiroshima who was here learning English at Pan Intercorp.
